The basic principle of Oil Lubricated screw compressor is as the male and female rotors are rotating in opposite direction they draw air in between them. As the air progresses along the rotors the air is compressed as the volume space between the rotors decreases, hence creating compressed air that is displace to the outlet.

which increases efficiency by 5-10%. Large rotor diameter allows for high efficiency at low rotational speed & provides extended life & low noise. Oversized dual back to back taper roller bearing effectively retains the rotor position during load, unload & starting conditions. Triple lift shaft sealing, combined within oil recovery system is employed to achieve a leak-free Design that is immune to dust, ingress, oil & air loss.
Furthermore, since the compressor is AIR COOLED, so, there is no need for cooling water thus eliminating the need of cooling tower, cooling water pump and fan (Energy is saved and hence the money is saved year after year on Energy, Power and maintenance cost), no foundation, no cooling water line, valves etc. thus eliminating basic cost of installation.
