- About Stronghold Corporation
Stronghold Corporation has been a compressed air and industrial equipment dealer in Vadodara since 2010. We were started by Nikhil Shah, who brings over 35 years of experience in industrial products marketing and servicing of capital goods. Our promise to you is simple: The Air of Trust — quality products, honest advice, and service that shows up when you need it.
We are registered with the relevant government authorities and hold GST registration number 24ADBPS9183L1ZZ. Our office is at Flat no. 4, Ami Apartment no. 1, Race Course Circle, Vadodara 390 007, Gujarat.
- What We Offer
We are an authorised dealer for Anest Iwata Motherson (AIM) and other established manufacturers, and we sell, install, and service:
- Air compressors — oil lubricated, 100% oil-free, scroll, rotary screw, claw, booster, high-pressure, dental, and railway-application compressors
- Vacuum pumps, air receivers, air dryers, and downstream filtration equipment
- Cleaning equipment — hot and cold high-pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, steam generators, and car/bike washers
- Industrial lighting — highbay, wellglass, flameproof, street, flood, solar, and high-mast LED lighting
- Power tools — including magnetic core drilling machines and angle grinders
- Compressor rentals, ranging from 0.5 HP to 30 HP, for short-term or emergency needs
- Consumables and after-sales service for everything we supply
We deal in genuine, branded equipment. We don’t sell unbranded or unauthorised copies, and we won’t ask you to either.
- Enquiries, Quotations, Orders, and Pricing
When you send us an enquiry — through our website, phone, or in person — we treat it seriously, from the quotation stage right through to the day your equipment is running smoothly. A quotation from us is valid for the period mentioned on it; prices can change afterward because our own costs (freight, currency, raw material) can move.
All our invoices are proper GST invoices, showing the applicable tax separately. Please check your quotation and invoice carefully — item, model, capacity, and price — before confirming an order. If you spot a mismatch, tell us immediately so we can fix it before dispatch.
Our website does not have an online checkout or payment gateway — you won’t be asked to pay through strongholdcorporation.com. Payment terms are agreed with you directly at the time of order, typically advance, part-advance, or against delivery, and settled through bank transfer, cheque, UPI, or cash, depending on what’s convenient for you. We never ask for your card or bank login details over the website, phone, or email — if anyone claiming to be from Stronghold asks for this, please don’t share it and contact us to verify.
- Shipping, Delivery, and Installation
We usually deliver and install within Gujarat and to industrial customers elsewhere in India, depending on the product. Delivery timelines given to you are our honest estimate, not a guarantee — bigger machines, custom configurations, or logistics disruptions can add time. We’ll keep you updated if a delay comes up.
For equipment that needs installation (like a screw compressor or a piping run), our technician will only commission the unit once the site is ready — proper foundation, electrical supply, and ventilation, as advised beforehand. Please arrange this so we don’t have to make a second visit, which can add cost and delay.
- Warranty, Service, and After-Sales — Our Strength
This is where we believe we’re different from a typical vendor. Warranty coverage for your product is set by the manufacturer and will be explained to you clearly at the time of purchase, along with your invoice. As a general rule, warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal industrial use, and does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repairs, incorrect power supply, or normal wear items like filters, oil, and gaskets — because these need regular replacement regardless of who made the machine. If you’re ever unsure what’s covered, just ask us before you need to use it.
We attend service calls promptly, because we know a compressor going down can stop your entire production line. We also stock and supply genuine consumables at your doorstep, so you’re not searching for spares when you need them urgently. If you ever feel a service visit didn’t meet the standard we promise, call us directly — we want to know.
- Using Your Equipment Safely
Air compressors, high-pressure washers, and industrial lighting are powerful equipment, and safe use is a shared responsibility. Please:
- Use the equipment only for its intended industrial, commercial, or home purpose
- Follow the operating manual and any instructions our technician gives you
- Get repairs and major servicing done only by us or another authorised service point — unauthorised tampering can be dangerous and will void your warranty
- Keep the equipment in a suitable environment (ventilation, power supply, safe access)

- Website Content and Brand Names
Everything on strongholdcorporation.com — text, photos, product descriptions, and our logo — belongs to Stronghold Corporation, except brand names and product images of manufacturers we represent, such as Anest Iwata Motherson and Crompton Greaves, which remain the property of those companies. You’re welcome to browse and share our website, but please don’t copy our content for your own commercial use without asking us first.
- Limitation of Liability
We work hard to give you accurate information and reliable equipment. That said, we can’t be responsible for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control — like power fluctuations at your site, misuse of equipment, or delays from third-party couriers and manufacturers. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our responsibility for any claim will not exceed the value of the product or service you paid for.
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Indian consumer protection law.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
